How to Arrive to your appointment

To ensure the best possible results from your color or chemical service, we ask that all clients arrive with clean, freshly washed, and product-free hair.

Excessive buildup from dry shampoo, oils, hairspray, styling products, or other products can affect how color and chemical services process and may result in uneven or unpredictable results.

If your hair requires cleansing before your scheduled color or chemical service, a style-out charge will be added to your service total to account for the additional time required to properly cleanse and prepare your hair.

If you decline the cleansing service and additional charge, you acknowledge that the condition of your hair may affect the outcome of your service. In this case, Sacred Stylz cannot guarantee an even lift, color result, or overall service outcome.

Policies

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit guarantees your reserved service time with your stylist. Appointments are not considered fully confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If a deposit is not received within 24hrs of reserving your appointment time,the appointment is subjected to cancellation or offered to another client.

Cancellation Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in:

Forfeiture of the appointment deposit

50% of the scheduled service total required before booking a future appointment

This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If a client arrives 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a no-call/no-show and will result in:

Loss of the appointment deposit

50% of the scheduled service total required before booking a future appointment

This policy helps maintain our schedule and ensures each client receives the full quality of their service.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment,it will be considered a no-show appointment.

No-show appointments will result in:

Loss of the appointment deposit

100% of the missed service total required before booking any future appointments

This policy is in place to respect our stylists’ time and ensure appointment availability for all guests.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

We are happy to offer a service adjustment or modification with the original stylist when appropriate. Adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and are intended to correct the original service.

Please note that refunds are not offered, but we will gladly work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your results.

Children & Guest Policy

We understand that childcare is not always available, and children are welcome in the salon. However, Sacred Stylzz is a busy working environment with multiple stylists and clients receiving services.

To maintain a calm, relaxing, and safe atmosphere, we kindly ask that children remain seated with you and supervised at all times during your appointment.

Children must remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian while in the salon. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable experience for all guests.
